The Global Strength App integrates evidence-based nutrition and training methodologies to facilitate strength gain and goal achievement. 
<ul>
 <li>Nutrition Section: The app utilizes scientifically-backed calculations for calorie and macro intake, meal planning, and tracking through the USDA Food Database. Users can easily track packaged goods with a barcode scanner. By monitoring body weight trends, users can assess the need for nutritional adjustments. The app provides dynamic nutrition recommendations every 7 days to aid in goal attainment. Perfect adherence is not necessary, as adjustments are made based on tracked data and weight trends.</li>

<li>Training Section: The app can automatically generate resistance training routines based on highly effective exercises. Users can log workouts, review logs, and monitor trends to assess progressive overload. The app can suggest weight adjustments to align with targeted reps or when periodizing routines. Additionally, all exercises are linked to expert form videos for guidance. Features like a one-rep max calculator, plate math calculator, in-workout notes, previous logs, and tracking reps in reserve (RIR) enhance the training experience.</li>

This marks only the initial phase of the app's development. In the future, the integration of training and nutrition data will allow for comprehensive analytics in both areas. Advanced features such as reverse dieting and fully automated periodization/autoregulation are set to be incorporated soon.
